Thoughtful, precise, and quietly brilliant.
One cue and suddenly your whole body makes more sense.

Sarah is a dancer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor with a deep commitment to helping her
clients find joy in movement and greater strength and comfort in their daily lives. Like many
dancers, Sarah first began practicing Pilates as a means of cross-training for her dance career,
but she has since fallen in love with the method's ability to improve a person’s quality of life
through injury prevention, pain reduction, increased body awareness, and correction of
imbalances in the body. Her sessions focus on technique, alignment, effective movement
pathways, and mind-body connection, always with the objective of helping each student achieve
their personal best. Sarah strongly believes that Pilates is for every body, and she encourages
clients to come as they are and to work toward their specific goals - all fitness levels and body
types are welcome in her classroom.

Sarah completed a comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Pilates NYC under the
supervision of Anna Howington, and she also holds a BA in Dance/Choreography and English
from Mercyhurst University. Continuing education credits include the Healthy Moms®
Perinatal/Pelvic Floor workshop and Working With Older Populations workshop at
Moving Strength. Follow Sarah on Instagram for class updates: @SarahGraceMastro
