• A fully individualized session designed around your unique movement patterns and goals.

Each Cosmo Private session begins with observation and ongoing assessment of how you move, allowing instruction to be tailored to your structure, coordination, and needs. Sessions focus on improving alignment, enhancing core stability, and developing functional movement patterns that support daily life and long-term well-being.

Ideal for rehabilitation, beginners, or anyone seeking highly personalized guidance.

  • A shared session for two participants with individualized attention.

Cosmo Duet sessions allow partners to move together while still receiving personal guidance based on each body’s needs. Exercises are adapted so both participants can work safely and effectively, making this an excellent option for friends, family members, or partners who wish to train together.

  • Small group sessions emphasizing quality over quantity.

Cosmo Group classes are intentionally limited in size to preserve personal guidance within a group setting. These sessions focus on coordinated movement, posture, and strength while fostering a supportive and focused environment.

Group classes are best suited for clients with some prior movement experience or those comfortable working in a group format.

  • Cosmo Mat classes use body weight and small props to develop strength, coordination, and mobility. Without large equipment, the work highlights precision, breath, and internal organization of movement. This class is suitable for a wide range of experience levels and can complement apparatus-based sessions.

What to Expect

Sessions at Cosmo are guided with care and shaped around your body, your history, and your goals. Each session emphasizes breath, coordination, and efficient movement rather than force or repetition. You will receive clear verbal and tactile guidance, and exercises will be adapted to your experience level and physical condition.

Instruction is grounded in the BASI Pilates method, known for its emphasis on precision, balance, and intelligent progression. Sessions may incorporate mat work and apparatus such as the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and other specialized equipment.

No prior Pilates experience is required.

Who This Is For

Sessions are appropriate for individuals seeking support with:
• injury recovery or chronic pain
• posture and balance
• neurological or orthopedic conditions
• prenatal or postnatal care
• building strength and mobility safely
• returning to movement after time away

Each client is approached as a whole person rather than a diagnosis.
